booking

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Dates are not confirmed until both are received.

Payment

The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.

cancellations

Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance. One reschedule may be permitted based on availability.

Turnaround Time

Final edited photos are delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise discussed.
Video turnaround times vary depending on project scope.

usage

Clients receive agreed-upon usage rights for delivered content.
All images and videos remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Creative Control

Editing style, color grading, and final selections are at the discretion of the photographer to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.

delivery

Final content is delivered digitally via download link. Raw/unedited files are not provided.

liability

While all reasonable care is taken, the photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control including weather, location restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues.
